The Anflo Industrial Estate Corp. (AIEC) is the Estate Management Group of AIE and manages all industrial and commercial operations of the Estate.

AIEC is a member of the Anflo Group of Companies. ANFLOCOR is a homegrown leader of economic development in the Davao Region since the 1950s. The group has been investing in agriculture, logistics, real estate, and tourism projects all over the Mindanao but mainly in the Davao Region.
